Our new neighbor!

We made a new friend the other day. It's the 4ft long garter snake that lives in our back yard. I caught him once and ever since then he has made an appearance everyday. We know where is hole is but no name yet. .......

yeah, I'm sure it makes some people cringe, but we love it!

It sure felt like summer today. The kids now have a wonderful play structure we found on craiglist. Today it was our water slide as well. If only it would not get hotter then today. I'm not looking forward to the hot nights and soaring electric bills.

It has been too cold! I have forgotten about going to the park. So it had been awhile. It was intresting to see all the new things Monet wanted to do since the last time we were there. So sad she grow so much between park visits. What kind of mom am I??

First night of Halloween

Collette was our little tinkerbell of course.  She always gets just what she wants costume wise because it is always a big part of her birthday.  So, I have felt pretty guilty about not going as "all out" with Tre yet for this particular holiday.  So, when he said he wanted to be wiggles I needed to make sure it happened.  It was last minute but I think it came together pretty good.  And when Halloween is done he will have a nice warm sweater for the winter!  Poor Monet just was thrown is a old Unicorn......but I think she was cute and I don't think she cares yet.  Guess we get to wake up and to it all again tomorrow!
